To reason why there balance should not be dealt with in a short ordinance regarding the Unclaimed Balance Problem Paragraph (6) I am not aware what evidence Mr Kyshe has, having been "removed", but as at present advised, I am inclined to doubt that such a thing ever happened. I am not aware of the "Stamp Collector" explanation. It seems sure that such a person would naturally have selected the more valuable denominations. I believe myself that the stamps have become defaced through being obliterated all over by writing on them.
My accountant (after several years experience) is also of the suggestion that stamps had been removed and used again against credit it. I do not credit it.
